Sofa.comAM I ABLE TO EXCHANGE MY SOFA.COM ITEM?
We’re sure you’ll absolutely love your new item, but if you are not 100% happy with your purchase we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange. You will need to contact us within 14 days of your delivery date, so we can process a refund or exchange for you. We simply require that your item is returned in the same condition it was when it was delivered.
For times when your item isn’t quite perfect and another design from our sumptuous collection has caught your eye, we will happily exchange your order with no additional delivery costs. Easy!
Sofa.com’s standard restocking fee will apply, which will be £50 or 10% of the item being returned, whichever is the greater value. This will be deducted when your exchange order is processed, and any outstanding balance will need to be settled before they can deliver your new order. Please note, the original delivery fee will not be recompensated.
