You will be sent an email/text 2 weeks before from Sofa.com’s dedicated team with a provisional date and time and also receive a courtesy call. If you are happy with what you have been offered, you just need to confirm the slot using the link in the email/text and answer a couple of questions, so they can make all the relevant preparations in advance. You will then receive a confirmation email from Sofa.com detailing all of the information you will need.
If you are unable to accommodate the provisional date and time that has been offered, just get in touch with their helpful delivery team who will do their best to accommodate your new dates.
