Terms and ConditionsOversized Furniture
1. Cancellations
1.1 The cancellation of oversized furniture order excludes collection/return costs as well as any delivery costs incurred by the business or customer. (link)
2. Your right to cancel
2.1 Your right to cancel an order for oversized furniture starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
2.2 If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14-day period begins when you get the last item of the order.
2.3 This 14-day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
3. Returns
3.1 You have 14 days from receipt of your oversized furniture to return it.
3.2 Charges will apply on all oversized furniture returns, and delivery costs will not be refunded.
3.3 Items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. If the item has not been returned in a fully saleable condition we reserve the right to refund the item or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
3.4 If you have an order containing mixed items, e.g oversized furniture delivered from Green2 and standard items from AMARA’s courier service, the 14-day return period will start from the day your complete order arrives with you.
3.5 Any damaged oversized furniture must be reported to Green2 at the point of delivery and signed for as damaged.
3.6 If the delivery is signed for unchecked or not noted as damaged then the customer is fully liable for the goods.
4. Payment
4.1 When placing an order for oversized furniture, we will take payment at the time of placing the order, and we will then order the stock on your behalf.
4.2 You will be notified of its arrival date prior to check-out and again in your order confirmation.
5. Delivery
5.1 Oversized furniture is delivered by our courier partner Green2.
5.2 Green2 will get in contact with the customer when they are ready to make delivery to arrange a date and a time slot.
5.3 If the delivery of oversized furniture fails because there is no one at the delivery address on the agreed date and time, a failed delivery fee of £50 will be incurred
5.4 Our courier partner Green2 will bring oversized furniture into the room of your choice ensuring that the access guidelines have been followed.
5.5 If your oversized furniture is over 85kg, Green2 will only deliver to a room on the ground floor.
