We will improve this article.How do I request a shipping quotation to a country that hasn't got a shipping rate worked out?If a shipping charge doesn't display for you the shipping country you've selected, we can do a custom shipping quote for you, to do this please follow the below steps.
Please note that each quote is for all the items currently within your bag. If you add additional items to your bag then we will need to issue a new shipping quotation to you.
Your shipping quote will be emailed to you within two working days and will be valid for 7 days.
- Add the items you are looking to purchase into the basket
- Go to your 'bag' and select your shipping country and when you see the message that says ‘in order to obtain a competitive shipping rate for this order we need to manually calculate a shipping quote’ please click on the ‘REQUEST SHIPPING QUOTE’ button.

Sometimes there might be problems finding or accessing the delivery address, and if the attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned.
Occasionally, an order gets damaged in transit and can't be delivered.
You should be able to check the reason why it's been returned by using the tracking link you got in the dispatch email.
If, for any reason they are unsuccessful, they will leave a calling card informing you your order is being returned to us.
Unfortunately, an order that has been returned to us by the courier can’t be re-directed out to our customers again, but will be refunded in full once the warehouse team has processed it.
If you require the items, we would ask you to place a new order.

If the courier was unable to reach you when they tried to deliver your goods, they may have delivered the parcel to one of your neighbours.

Placing OrdersHow Are Orders Packaged
At AMARA, we're working hard to become a greener, more sustainable company and make changes where we see fit. All of our cartons are 100% recyclable and the majority are manufactured from 100% recycled materials.
Our aim is to ensure that orders are sufficiently protected to avoid any damages during transit, whilst being considerate of the environmental impact that packaging has.
60% of our cushion void fill is recyclable and we switched from vinyl tape to gummed tape in 2019. We made the decision to continue using plastic void fill as it reduces the number of damages and subsequent replacement orders, which offsets lower CO2 emissions than paper fill because it’s also lighter to transport.
We have recently introduced Variable Depth boxes to reduce both air in our packaging boxes and the requirement for void fill. This ensures the carbon footprint of each parcel is reduced as less packaging is used.
We continue to work closely with our packaging provider, to ensure we’re up to date with the most environmentally-friendly packaging available that will also deliver our products safely.

If you're using a gift card and the amount on the gift card doesn't cover the order cost, you can pay the remaining amount with another accepted method.
If you're using a gift card and you don't spend the whole amount, the remaining balance will be stored on that gift card.

Verified by VISA (VbV) and MasterCard Secure Code (MSC) work in the same way, using passwords that you set up with the card provider to protect you when you shop online. You will then be required to enter your password during the payment process when you shop with us.
How do I activate my card?
You register your card on your card provider's site by selecting the option to set up payment authentication. You will be prompted to enter your card details and set a password. Once you have registered your card, when you shop online in the future you will only have to enter your password.
Who do I contact for further information?
If you require more information around the payment authentication process, please contact your card issuer directly.
If your card is rejected by our online payment processing system, please double check that all of the details entered are matching your billing information.
If you are sure you are using a valid card, please try again with the same credit or debit card or place the order again using a different card. If the problem persists, please contact your card provider.
We have no control over the payment authentication process so we will be unable to assist with any authentication inquiries.

However, in the interim before processing, we will take an authorisation. An authorisation will show on your bank statement as a reservation of funds that allocates the money to your order. The funds are then debited when we have processed your item(s) for delivery. Sometimes this shows up as two charges and will correct itself within 2-3 working days.
In the event of us not being able to fulfil your order we immediately contact your bank to request that your bank cancels the authorisation. If the authorisation still remains after several days, please contact your bank to request that they act upon our cancellation of the payment.

Once you proceed to the checkout, the final stage will be to complete the payment, where you can enter the information shown on your One4All card.
Are there any restrictions on using a One4All Gift Card?

At AMARA we take your data privacy seriously and want you to be in control of how you process your personal data.
- Please login to your account and go into the 'My Account' area
- Click on the 'My Data' tab
- Here you will see a button that says 'CONTROL MY PREFERENCES' click on this and it will take you to a page where you can set your preferences with regard to how we will process your data and share it with other organisations.

There's a search function at the top left of the website, look for the magnifying glass icon, but you can also look through our different categories for inspiration.
As you search your way through, you will see the different items found in that search or under that category for you to make your selection around colour, size and quantity before adding it to your basket.
When you're happy with your selection you can proceed to checkout where you will select your preferred delivery option, make your payment and look forward to receiving your items.

The pre-order item, along with any other items you have selected for that order, will be processed for shipment once the stock becomes available. This means the whole order is only shipped once the pre-order item is available.
We show dates on the site for the expected available date for our pre-order items, but they can change and should be taken as a guide. We will keep you updated as soon as we send it out.
When you place an order with us, your bank will put an authorisation hold of the amount against the order. This will show as a pending amount on your statement.
We will only charge you once the order has dispatched.

Technical IssuesAdd to safe sender list
Sometimes you may run into trouble and not receive account emails that we are sending to you. That’s problematic because we communicate shipping notifications, billing errors and order updates via email. By adding our email address to your safe sender list, you’ll ensure that you receive our emails into your inbox and reduce the chances of having problems receiving emails from us in the future.
Each internet service provider (ISP) has spam filters which keep both white-listed addresses and blacklisted addresses. If an address is on a person’s white list then mail from the specific sender will be allowed.
To ensure that you receive our emails please follow the instructions below to add our email addresses to your address book for your specific ISP.
Hotmail
1. Open your inbox
2. Click "Options" (at the top right hand corner of the screen) then "More Options" at the bottom of the dropdown list
3. Select "Safe and Blocked senders" then click "Safe Senders"
4. Copy and paste our email address into the box provided and click "add to list"
5. Our email address has been successfully added to your safe sender list
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003
1. Open your inbox
2. On the toolbar click "Actions"
3. Select "Junk E-mail" from the drop down menu
4. Select "Add sender to safe senders list"
5. A dialogue box may appear with the words "The sender of the selected message has been added to your safe senders list". Click OK to confirm

We do not keep any credit card details on file ourselves. If you choose to save your payment details with us we use a trusted 3rd party who stores them on our behalf, and we are not able to access the full card details.

Orders can be placed online or by telephone.
Having placed an order online or on the telephone you will receive a total of three emails providing you have an email address:
The first email is a confirmation email which you should receive immediately after your order is placed. If for any unusual reason there is a problem you will be contacted promptly and if your order cannot be met or if there is a delay in dispatch you will be notified. We will not collect any funds until we are ready to dispatch your items except for Paypal transactions and oversized furniture orders(see clause 10). Please note some banks will reserve the funds for a short period of time before payment is due. A confirmation email does not guarantee that we can meet your order.
Having placed an order online or on the telephone you will receive a total of three emails. For oversized furniture orders we also will take a telephone contact number from you for our courier to contact you directly to arrange delivery.
The third email is simply a follow up requesting feedback (from Trust Pilot, an independent review company) to ensure you are satisfied with our service.
Price
Prices are as displayed on our UK Site and are in British Pound Sterling. United States and Australia sites have their own terms and conditions. Currency is picked up by the IP address on a customer’s first visit to the Site.
We try to ensure that prices shown on our Site are accurate, but they will still need to be validated before your order is processed. If there is a price difference, we will contact you immediately and should you wish to cancel your order, we will refund any money.
Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery charges where applicable. Please see the Delivery section below for details of our charges.
Prices of some brands may vary between certain territories.
Please note we accept US dollars, Australian Dollars, Euros, United Arab Emirates Dirham, New Zealand Dollar, Swedish Krona, Danish Krone, Norwegian Krone and Canadian Dollars.
Payment
Payment when ordering online can be by credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Paypal or if you wish to pay in Euros and have your goods delivered to Germany then you can pay by Sofort, payment is debited when the stock has been confirmed as ready for dispatch. Please note that we do not accept cheques or bankers drafts as a payment method.
To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted so as to minimise the risk of your details being read by an unauthorised individual as they are sent to us over the Internet.
If payment for goods is made by bank transfer, goods will only be dispatched when the funds are cleared.
Please note that phone orders can only be placed in Sterling, Euros, US Dollars and Australian Dollars.
For oversized furniture orders requiring a Two-man delivery service, payment will be taken at the time the order is placed.
You will be notified of its arrival date prior to check-out and again in your order confirmation.
Order on Request products: there are some products on our site that we don’t hold stock of but they are available to order.
The estimated timescale that the order of request product is expected to arrive into our warehouse and then be shipped to the customer (once an order has been placed by the customer) is displayed in weeks, for example ‘stock expected 7 – 8 weeks’.
The stock expected timeframe is an estimation only, if an order is placed for an order on request product we will update you, via email, of any changes to this timeframe.
When placing an order for an order on request product, we will take payment at the time of placing the order, and we will then order the stock on your behalf.
When placing an order for an order on request product, you agree that you will not be receiving the product within 30 days, instead, you agree that you will be receiving the product in the estimated timeframe as displayed on the product page which will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
All custom orders placed via our admin teams with a value of £500+ will be subject to a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value.
Contract
No contract will exist between AMARA Retail Ltd and the customer until goods are dispatched. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time.
A legally binding contract is created when the goods are dispatched.
Ownership will pass when the goods are dispatched
Right to cancel your contract
You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the 14 days from the date you receive the ordered goods.
You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay a penalty.
You cannot cancel your goods if they are perishable.

Orders are dispatched promptly, therefore we are unable to cancel or amend your order once you have received your order confirmation. If you still wish to cancel your order, please return your order once received, in accordance to our returns policy.
All international returns must be marked clearly on the outside with ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid import duty. Any import duty & returns costs will be deducted from the refund.
Upon receipt of the goods we will credit the purchaser within 48 hours with the purchase price less any handling charge which may have been incurred. We will not be responsible for any refund of postage or carriage.
If your goods need to be returned by freight you will be responsible for the cost of this, though it may be arranged by AMARA if required.
Please note we do not have an exchange policy.

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if this is requested in writing within 14 days of receipt of your goods. This includes any standard delivery charge charged on your order, but excludes any charges incurred in returning the order to us. If a return is not requested within 14 days, we will refund the purchase price but not any delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the goods to us.
We recommend that an insured service is used to ensure safe arrival of the return. Where the product has been damaged either while in the customer’s care, or on the return journey to AMARA, we reserve the right to deduct the amount it costs to rectify the damage from the return amount.
If you would like to return your order to us – in accordance with our Returns Policy we would recommend arranging your return via our Returns Portal. If you chose to return your order via your own method then the responsibility of the return lies with you – the customer and AMARA will not accept liability for any lost or damaged returns.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
We do not deliver in your area.
One or more of the goods you ordered was listed as the incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for consequential loss or disappointment suffered.
International Orders
Customers purchasing from the European Union will have orders delivered duty paid. These costs are included in the final purchase price, and you should not have to pay any additional costs to receive your order. Product exceptions: For certain oversized products a delivery quote will need to be processed for them to be sent outside of the UK, these items are exempt from free postage. In order to see if this applies, please check the delivery tab on the product page.
For customers purchasing from Saudi Arabia, we are now offering international orders delivery duty paid (DDP) where customers will be able to prepay required taxes and duties at checkout. For customers paying taxes and duties this way, there will be no additional payments due by their local authorities when their order is delivered.
For customers purchasing from the USA, United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Switzerland, orders will be delivered with tax and duties paid. These costs are included in the final purchase price and there will be no additional payments due by their local authorities when their parcel is delivered.
All other international customers purchasing will have orders delivered duty unpaid (DDU) and will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs (where applicable) will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or UPS or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion, as some countries have thresholds where no import taxes or duty fees will need to be paid, for example in Canada under CAN$20.
For international customers that pay import duties and tax costs on their order - either via our checkout or directly to the carrier or an import broker that is appointed by you, please be aware that when you return an item back to us - as per our Returns Policy, you will be refunded the item amount but you will not be refunded any import duties and tax costs.
If you are ordering from Australia all prices include AU GST. For orders over AUD $1,000 you will have to pay local import duties and taxes. GST receipts can be provided as proof of payment.
Please keep a record of any import duties or tax costs incurred and paid for by yourself that relate to your order. In the instance of non-delivery or a problem with your order, if you cannot provide proof of payment for these additional costs, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.
Please note no electrical items are sold overseas.
If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware they will be responsible for these additional charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all international orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. AMARA Retail Ltd Limited is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes
International sites will have their own terms and conditions.
Please note some items are classed as freight and are restricted from the normal delivery terms and pricing structure. A delivery quote will be required which can be arranged online by adding to the basket and following the steps.
International orders exceeding 100kg are subject to requiring a bespoke delivery quote which will be provided by AMARA.
Orders going to the United States that are either a) over $2,500 or b) over $250 and contain products that have been manufactured in China, require formal clearance through U.S. customs. As per the U.S. Customs Border Protection (CBP) regulations, our carrier will require the customer’s Employee Identification Number (EIN) or Social Security Number (SSN) to clear the formal customs clearance process. Orders going to New Zealand that are over NZ$1,000 may require a client code as part of the import and export entry preparation and customs clearance process. When the client code is required our carrier will reach out to the customer requesting this information. If this information is not provided, your order will be returned to us for a refund and any returns costs incurred by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
Orders going to a business address in the European Union will need to be shipped with the customer’s EORI number. This is a unique business identification ID code used to track and register customs information in the EU, assigned by the member state where your company is established. AMARA will reach out to the customer to obtain the EORI number before the order is despatched from our warehouse. If this information is not provided, your order will be returned to us for a refund and any returns costs incurred by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.

Our aim is to deliver all orders within the specified times once receipt of payment has been confirmed. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and security checks. Delivery will be made to the address provided. If the product is paid for by PayPal it will be delivered to the address which is registered with PayPal. The site is unable to change the address due to PayPal’s security policy.
Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of Carrier actions which are beyond our control save as precluded by law. We will endeavour to deliver within 30 days of the contract being entered into. Please contact us at customerservices@amara.com as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order. You will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by the Carrier Company.
We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form. AMARA will not be liable for any missing parcels should the delivery address have been entered incorrectly. If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we shall refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us. If we have to re-dispatch the order, if it has been returned to us, for reasons outside of our control there may be a charge.
Click and Collect orders will be held for 7 days only, if the order is not collected in this time, the customer will be charged for this to be returned to AMARA. Please note customer’s require proof of identification upon collection.
Oversized furniture items requiring a Two Man delivery can only be delivered up to three flights of stairs unless there is access to a lift (depending on the size of both the oversized furniture and the lift). Please note, Standard Delivery for oversized furniture is 1-2 weeks.
AMARA will not be held responsible for any items that do not fit in the address they are being delivered to.
If our courier is unable to deliver an oversized furniture item, an oversized furniture failed delivery charge of £50 will be charged to the customer.
If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at customerservices@amara.com. We require you to notify us within seven (7) days to ensure a prompt response from us. Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or opened. We cannot accept any liability for goods which are damaged or sent in error unless you notify us pursuant to these terms and conditions.
For oversized furniture items, damaged or incorrect goods need to be reported within 48 hours of receipt. This time limit will also apply to split dispatch orders. It will be stated on the delivery note at the time of delivery if the item is part of a split dispatch. Original packaging should be kept for damaged or incorrect items.
For damaged oversized furniture items the customer must notify Domestic Distribution upon delivery for this to be added to the POD when the customer signs for the delivery. Please see our liability section for more information.

All our deliveries are sent out using a signed for courier service. For security purposes, we do not deliver to P.O. Box numbers.
Some products that are dispatched directly from the supplier may incur an additional delivery charge; this will be notified in the basket area.
30 day money back guarantee
In addition to clause 12 we also offer a 30 day money back guarantee for non-perishable goods. If the goods you receive are faulty as at the day of delivery, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to make use of this money back guarantee. Please note, this policy doesn’t extend to oversized furniture items.
If you have purchased an item within the last 30 days and are not happy with it, please refer to the instructions provided in the order you received, alternatively email customerservices@amara.com for assistance. You will need to return the item, unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition, enclosing your order confirmation.
All UK returns will be subject to a minimum returns shipping charge of £4.00. Prices may increase depending on the product and returns method. The required amount will be charged during the return process.
For oversized furniture returns the 30 day guarantee will not apply, please contact our Customer Care Team to arrange this. Oversized furniture items will also need to be returned, unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Once the item has been received and checked, if it is established by AMARA that the item was not faulty or damaged at the date of delivery, you will be notified of this determination within 48 hours of receipt. In such circumstances you will not be entitled to a refund under the 30 day money back guarantee. You will be entitled to request that the item is returned to you and you will be responsible for the cost of postage
Please note we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return, even if the service is provided by our courier service mentioned at clause 12.8 above. However, we will endeavour to claim on the customer's behalf if one of our couriers is used.
Save as required by law, this 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to perishable products or those products marked with an asterisk (*) or where indicated in the product description
Refunds are processed by the original payment method. If the card used to make the original payment has expired, we will offer PayPal or bank transfer as an alternative.
If the goods supplied are faulty on the day of delivery, you have the right to reject the goods as outlined within this section. If you have been unable to notify us or to return the goods within 30 days you have six months from the date of delivery to request the right to the repair or replacement of the goods, or the right to a reduction of the price of the goods within a reasonable time. AMARA reserves the right to refuse to repair the goods where it is disproportionate and or not possible to do so. Save as precluded by law, we do not accept any liability for faulty goods about which we have not been notified within six months of the date of delivery.
Please note that any returned items that are received outside of the 30 day return period will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to the original delivery address. Please note that re-dispatch charges will apply and must be paid in full prior to the parcel being released for return.
We are extending our returns policy for Christmas. Items purchased from Monday 24th October 2022 up to and including Saturday 17th December 2022 are eligible for extended returns. Items purchased during these dates can be returned up until Monday 16th January 2023. Items purchased after Saturday 17th December 2022 will be subject to our standard returns policy and can be returned up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Your returned item(s) will need to be with us on or before Monday 16th January 2023 to be eligible for a refund. Normal Returns T&Cs apply

This is extended to 14 days for Trade Account orders. For any oversized furniture orders we require you to notify us in writing at our contact address within 48 hours of the delivery. We cannot accept any liability unless you notify us in accordance with these terms and conditions. All original packaging must be kept for damaged items as proof of the condition the goods were received in.
For damaged oversized furniture items the customer must notify Domestic Distribution upon delivery for this to be added to the POD when the customer signs for the delivery. If the delivery is signed for unchecked, the customer is then fully liable for the items. If the customer does not mark the delivery as damaged AMARA are not liable for damaged goods.
If you notify a problem to us under clause 20.1 or 20.2 above, our only obligation will be, at your option:
To make good any shortage or non-delivery
To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective where it is proportionate and possible to do so; or
To provide a refund to you of the amount paid by you. All rights are reserved as to the manner or form of refund
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense (including loss of profits business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition. Save as precluded by law we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our Site. The importation of certain goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
20.6 Nothing in these Conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer neither under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude liability for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Electrical Items are not available overseas.
Electrical products have a 1 year’s manufacturer’s warranty. If the product becomes faulty within the warranty the customer must contact Amara and follow the troubleshooting steps advised which should solve the issue. If not then AMARA will arrange for a courier to collect the product and return it to the UK service center provided by Bugatti ‘Luxx Design.’ The service center will have the decision as to whether the product can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced.
If the product is returned the packaging is to be provided by the customer. Care must be taken to wrap the product to avoid damage in transit, neither AMARA or Luxx Design will be responsible for any damage that occurs in transit.
When the warranty has expired the customer should contact Luxx Design directly but can speak to our customer services if they require further assistance.
Please note a replacement product does not have a new warranty, the warranty is dated from the original purchase.
Newgate Clocks
All Newgate clocks are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. Space Hotel and Jones clocks purchased directly from Newgate World are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty includes mechanical and material failures but does not include damage caused by improper use, tampering, environmental damage, physical damage, or battery leakage.
If your clock has a genuine defect that satisfies the conditions of the warranty and is within the warranty period we will, at our discretion and without cost to you, complete the necessary replacement of parts and/or rectify a fault or action any repair as identified by one of our fully trained technicians, or replace the clock for the same, or similar clock should an exact replica not be available.

1.1 The cancellation of oversized furniture order excludes collection/return costs as well as any delivery costs incurred by the business or customer. (link)
2. Your right to cancel
2.1 Your right to cancel an order for oversized furniture starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
2.2 If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14-day period begins when you get the last item of the order.
2.3 This 14-day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
3. Returns
3.1 You have 14 days from receipt of your oversized furniture to return it.
3.2 Charges will apply on all oversized furniture returns, and delivery costs will not be refunded.
3.3 Items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. If the item has not been returned in a fully saleable condition we reserve the right to refund the item or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
3.4 If you have an order containing mixed items, e.g oversized furniture delivered from Green2 and standard items from AMARA’s courier service, the 14-day return period will start from the day your complete order arrives with you.
3.5 Any damaged oversized furniture must be reported to Green2 at the point of delivery and signed for as damaged.
3.6 If the delivery is signed for unchecked or not noted as damaged then the customer is fully liable for the goods.
4. Payment
4.1 When placing an order for oversized furniture, we will take payment at the time of placing the order, and we will then order the stock on your behalf.
4.2 You will be notified of its arrival date prior to check-out and again in your order confirmation.
5. Delivery
5.1 Oversized furniture is delivered by our courier partner Green2.
5.2 Green2 will get in contact with the customer when they are ready to make delivery to arrange a date and a time slot.
5.3 If the delivery of oversized furniture fails because there is no one at the delivery address on the agreed date and time, a failed delivery fee of £50 will be incurred
5.4 Our courier partner Green2 will bring oversized furniture into the room of your choice ensuring that the access guidelines have been followed.
5.5 If your oversized furniture is over 85kg, Green2 will only deliver to a room on the ground floor.

Payment for made to order items will be taken immediately on placing order.
If you've paid via Gift Card, payment will be taken once you've placed your order.

Made to order furniture is delivered by our specialist courier partner Green2. They will get in contact with you when they are ready to make delivery to arrange a date and time slot and delivery will be a white-glove service.
Please also ensure a person is home at the time of the arranged delivery slot. The delivery courier is unable to leave any items unless a signed note is left advising to do so, and they are not liable for any loss of damage to the items following this.

These items require a two man delivery and as standard can only be delivered up to three flights of stairs, unless there is access to a lift (depending on the size of the item and lift).
However, if you require delivery to a floor higher than the 3rd floor you can request this when our Customer Care team contact you and the request will be put forward to our courier partner - Green2 for a quote.

Our courier partner Green2 will bring oversized furniture into the room of your choice, ensuring that the access guidelines have been followed. They do currently require front/rear doors and windows in the property to be opened for ventilation on delivery.

You have 14 working days from receipt of your made to order furniture item to return it.
Charges will apply on all made to order furniture returns, and delivery costs will not be refunded.
Items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition. If the item has not been returned in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refund the item or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Damaged or faulty items must be reported to Green2 at the point of delivery and signed for as damaged/faulty. If the delivery is signed for unchecked or not as damaged/faulty then you are fully liable for the goods.

ReturnsWhat is your returns policy?
Whilst we want you to love every piece as much as we do, we understand that sometimes things aren't just quite right. So it's OK if you change your mind - you have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery. Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Made to order
- Custom products
- Products marked as non-returnable within the product details
- Earrings
- Perishable goods
Oversized Furniture Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your oversized furniture to return it.
The cost to return your oversized furniture is £100. Please note that any delivery costs incurred by the business or customer will not be refunded.
Items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition. If the item has not been returned in a fully saleable condition we reserve the right to refund on the item or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Damaged or faulty items must be reported to Green2 at the point of delivery and signed for as damaged/faulty. If the delivery is signed for unchecked or not as damaged/faulty then you are fully liable for the goods.
Note: if you are unable to return an unwanted item within the 30-day limit due to restrictions relating to Covid-19 we will honour a late return as long as the item(s) meet the other terms of our returns policy for example; they are in a new and unused condition in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please contact our Customer Care team before the end of your 30 day limit to discuss this with us and arrange a late return.

All UK returns will be subject to a returns shipping charge. This charge will be a minimum of £4.00 depending on the product and returns method. Securely repack your items.
Login to our returns portal using your order number, this should start with R-xxx, and email address. Select your preferred tracked returns service. We have print at home, paperless and collection options available.
You’ll be emailed a shipping label or QR code to scan at your chosen drop-off point or collection point.
Keep an eye out for updates and tracking. You’ll get an email once we receive your returned item. Most returns are processed in a few days, but the money can take up to 14 days to appear back in your account.
